Holiday villa Sweet Home is located in Colico and is suitable for 2 to 5 people. The villa has a wide garden and offers beautiful views of Lake Como and the Alps. The car can be parked in the garage at the villa.

Accommodation overview
The villa is completely new and equipped with every luxury. The entire house is exclusively for the use of the guests. The villa is rented by Mery and Paolo. They are the owners themselves and therefore rent it out directly.

Villa Sweet Home is 85m2 in size, spread over 2 floors. In addition, the holiday villa has a terrace of 25m2 and a large garden of 100m2. 

Livingroom and kitchen
Living room with kitchen is on the top floor. 

Bedrooms and bathroom
Downstairs there are two bedrooms and a large bathroom with shower.

Outside
The villa has 2 terraces that you can reach via different exits from the living room. From the terrace you have a beautiful view of Lake Como and the surrounding Alps. There is a table and chairs on the terrace, so you can enjoy your meal outside with a romantic view of the lake.

Prices and availability
The villa can be rented all year round for the following rates:
€120.00 per day + a total of €60.00 extra is charged on the rental price for cleaning costs and laundry service.
